What Is Stop Level or Freeze Level?
This is the minimum amount of pips at which the broker allow to place stop orders such as Buy-Stop/Sell-Stop).

You can check Stoplevel or Freeze level in your mt4 as following:
Here I am checking Stoplevel for EURUSD in my MT4. For this inside Market Watch, I do Right click on a EURUSD and then click on Specification as following:

Now I am getting following information, here I can read Stoplevel.

Here Stoplevel is Zero(0) for EURUSD. For my EA it should be zero(0).
